A Leadership Coaching Framework for Sustainable School Improvement

Purpose

This model has been developed by StratEd to support all school leaders to reflect on their leadership practice, identify growth priorities and strengthen their leadership behaviours that will positively impact on staff and learner success. It helps leaders examine how their values, behaviours, decisions and systems influence improvement across their school.
